Oral-Vitality Products, LLC is an independent retail and educational wellness company owned by Dr. Kathleen Carson. The company operates separately from Dr. Carson’s licensed dental and airway practice, Oral-Vitality. Products sold through this website are not part of any dental, medical, or clinical services.

6. SHIPPING, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Shipping, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)

  • Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

     

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Oral-Vitality Products, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
